Unlike other gyms where you need to queue up for machines and being stare by some unfriendly gymers, we provide you with a highly private environment where you can exercise freely and be attentively advised by our in-house Yoga and Fitness experts. Just let us know what you goal is and we will try our very best to achieve and exceed your expectations. We do believe a Happy and Healthy Mindset is as important as having a great healthy body. Simple Life is the first organisation that provides both physical training together with psychological counselling and hypnotherapy service in Hong Kong.
