Led by millienial movers Clare Lim and Aaron Martin, SharedSpace is a Yoga+Movement Studio conveniently located behind Times Square. Daily classes include a unique blend of Yoga styles, including an Asia-exclusive: Katonah Yoga, and other physical practices that inform and diversify one’s movement practice, such as Parkour, Acrobatics, Dance, AcroYoga, and Strength Training. Literally a 'shared space' for all practices that bring better health and more joy to people's lives, SharedSpace's energy is communal, collaborative and all about the collective. So many classes - where to start? Clare & Aaron recommend their signature classes - Katonah Yoga and Parkour 101. Movement Flow is another good options, sampling bits of all the SharedSpace classes. Drop In’s start at HKD200. though those coming for their first visit can make use of SharedSpace’s ‘Shpecials’ - at 3 classes for HKD300, or 3 weeks unlimited for HK600. Community classes are also offered every other Wednesday!
