After several years as a yoga student, I decided to continue my education and became a certified Hatha Yoga instructor throught Anahata Yoga (International Yoga Academy Hong Kong). In 2014, I headed to France to study with renowned obstetrician and yoga teacher Bernadette de Gasquet at Institut de Gasquet in Paris. I received my certification as a Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga instructor from Dr Bernadette de Gasquet, complementing my initial passion and career as a Doula. In 2015, I trained with Ananta Sylvain Girard, to become an Ayurvedic Yoga Massage AYM-ARYM therapist. Drawing on my experience as a Hatha Yoga instructor, Prenatal and Postanal Yoga instructor, Birth and Postpartum Doula and Childbirth Educator; I am comitted to accompany you into your journey weither it is as a hatha yoga practionner, a mother-to-be, or a new parent.
