I'm a 28 year old Hong Kong based MMA Fighter, with 20 career fights, and Personal Trainer. In addition, I coach the Under 18 Hong Kong Men's Ice Hockey Team. I specialize in sport specific training for contact and combat sports. I also work with those in the community looking to improve their fitness and lifestyle. I provide one-on-one training service as well as diet guidance for my clients. My clientele include both Hong Kong locals and Expats. I am able to travel to a client's location.
